    今日は、私の父と埼玉県の秩父にあるお蕎麦屋さんにいってきました。ここのお蕎麦は、本格手打ち蕎麦です。山芋と卵白で練りこんだそばは、田舎蕎麦と伝えられているみたいです。豊かな畑で育ったそば粉を使用し、お客様に喜ばれるように心を込めて手打で仕上げているみたいです。昔、この地方では、この秩父蕎麦(そば)を打てないとお嫁にいけないと云われてきた伝説があるそうです。ここのお店は、なんと茅葺き屋根でできており江戸時代からずっとここにある古民家です。昔の雰囲気に私の父もとても喜び子供の頃にもどった気分だと行っておりました。とても美味しい蕎麦を食べてからは、蕎麦の畑を父とみて写真を撮ってから帰りました。
