    今日は、部活のテニス大会です。いつも一回戦で負けてしまうので何とか頑張って一回でも勝てるようにしようと思います。この日のために、去年の夏は、埼玉県でテニス合宿をおこなって強化トレーニングを行いました。みんな一生懸命にトレーニングをしてテニスが強くなるように練習しました。山の峠を走ったり、腕立て伏せをおこなったり、素振りも１０００回もおこないました。今日は、初戦敗退なんてことはないように、思いっきり頑張ってこようと思います。朝からカロリーメイトで栄養補給をおこなっておりますので体調はとてもいいです。さあ試合の開始です。
